Operations and Customer Service
The Operations Department is responsible for the day to day running of T101. We consist of the Operations Manager and Office Assistant, and we ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Our Office Assistant looks after any office related tasks, from invoices to coffee machine upkeep, minutes writing to diary management. The Operations Manager looks after the writing of our policies and Terms and Conditions, ensuring that T101 operates correctly and to the law. They are both responsible for the Health and Safety of all members of the T101 staff.
The Customer Services Department falls under the jurisdiction of the Operations Manager. Our team consists of the Customer Services Manager and a Customer Services Agent. We look after the members of Recon, responding to all queries and complaints. We also represent our customers during decision making on any new developments that might affect them. We also look after the help centres for both sites by updating content and making sure all of our information is clear to read and of use.
